Booking Policy

A non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise noted.

This retainer secures your session date and time and is applied toward your total service.

Refund Policy

All retainer fees and payments are non-refundable.

Due to the time reserved and preparation involved, once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that things come up.

• You may reschedule your session one time with at least 24 hours notice.

• Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your retainer.

• Additional reschedule requests may require a new retainer and booking.

Late Arrivals

• Sessions begin at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals will result in a shortened session.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled and your retainer forfeited.

No-Shows

Failure to show up for your scheduled session without notice will result in:

• forfeiture of your retainer

• cancellation of your session

• no reschedule

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost. This will be determined at the discretion of Blackbird Creative Co.

Project-Based Services (Branding + Websites)

• A non-refundable retainer is required to begin all branding and website projects.

• If a project is canceled or paused by the client, all payments made are forfeited.

• Work completed up to that point will be delivered where applicable.

Agreement

By booking a session or purchasing services, you agree to this Refund & Reschedule Policy.
