1. Overview

By booking or working with Blackbird Creative Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services including photography sessions, branding services, and website design.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked through our official scheduling system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.

  • For larger projects (branding + website), a deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

  • One reschedule is allowed per booking. Additional changes may require a new booking.

4. Cancellations

  • All bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel your session, your payment will not be refunded.

  • In the event of an emergency, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

5. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late will have their session shortened to avoid impacting other bookings.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled and considered a no-show.

6. Image Delivery

  • Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe discussed at booking (typically 1–2 weeks unless otherwise stated).

  • Only edited images are delivered. RAW/unedited files are not included.

  • Additional images may be purchased separately.

7. Creative Direction

  • Blackbird Creative Co. maintains full creative control over all sessions.

  • Clients agree to trust the creative direction, posing, editing style, and overall execution.

  • Final images reflect the brand and style of Blackbird Creative Co.

8. Usage Rights

  • Clients receive a license to use delivered images for personal and business marketing purposes.

  • Images may not be altered, resold, or redistributed without permission.

  • Blackbird Creative Co. retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Branding & Website Services

  • Branding and website projects require client collaboration, including timely responses, content, and approvals.

  • Delays in communication may result in project delays.

  • Once final designs are approved, additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

10. Liability

  • Blackbird Creative Co. is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, location issues, or client-related delays.

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen issues, liability is limited to a reschedule or refund at our discretion.

11. Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

  • Sessions will be terminated immediately if necessary, without refund.

12. Agreement

By booking a session or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
